Location is convenient, and quiet wooded area of the Lake Oswego / Tigard area. The room and entry locations were messy and unclean

I’ve never stayed at a Extended Stay America before. Keep in mind the room on the web always looks better than in person. Upon stepping in the room, my eyes started burning because of the smell. Clearly someone stayed here and smoked in the room. There was no fan in the shower so the steam would end up collecting on door jambs etc. You could see the nicotine beading up in the condensation.
