Booked as I was out of power. Go to hotel and they were out of power. Had to contact hotel.com to get refund which took days (still dont have it). Needs better communication and change ability to book if not taking reservations. Driving my family in the snow and ice to a hotel that isn't accepting reservations yet took my money isn't cool.

Disgusting couple stay This has to be the worst motel I have ever stayed. I didn’t even stay for my second night. The property is littered with homeless individuals, car windows busted out. The room 255 was disgusting, mold all over the shower, hair everywhere, tv didn’t work. Will not recommend or will I ever stay here again.

Property was dirty, room was infested with ants.

We were assigned our room. We went there open the door and the room was trashed. Towels and garbage all over the place. Load the luggage back in the car and go to main office. Both myself and my son are disabled and require a main floor. We were told they had no other rooms and ours would be ready in 30 minutes. Mind you this is at 430 pm fine we left came back in an hour assuming our room was clean. Nope still trashed. Load the luggage back up and back to the office.
