Everything was fine great location for restaurants. Room seemed nice. Woke up to a guest cockroach in the bathroom.

They charge when they say it’s a refund I was supposed to be refunded $51.77; however, I was charged $51.77 instead. When I brought it to the Manager’s attention, I was told it comes up as a purchase when in pending but will go back as a refund when the transaction is complete. I stated if I am charged $51.77 and then refunded $51.77, then I was never refunded at all. I was assured that I would not be charged the $51.77 at all and it will only be a refund. This was a lie. Expedia booked me a smoking queen room. I have a screen shot of the king non smoking room I selected. My wife is allergic to smoke. By the time we arrived all other rooms were sold out. I want my money back. -Huppenthal

Won’t go back there I have stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and they were great! This one was in the heart of what seemed like homeless central and there were a lot of people starting there with vouchers. It was like a very low rate motel 6. The halls and elevator smelled like an ash tray. I’ve come to realize that unless you spend a couple hundred bucks, you’re not going to get a decent hotel or room. I’m glad it was only for one night. And why are the instructions for this survey in Chinese?

Take a pass on this place Bed uncomfortable and top sheet and blanket too small for bed. Bedding did not appear fresh and was severely wrinkled. There was a kitchen in the room but there were no utensils. Had to ask for a coffee pot and coffee but there was no sugar or creamer. Provided breakfast was a single piece of snack-bar Overall experience was dismal.

Smelled strongly of smoke; loud guests, barking dog, iron had black stuff that stained my husbands pants

The staff were wonderfully friendly pleasant. The property is aged despite what looks like some attempted upgrades. Would not stay at this property again.

Would not stay here Bathroom needs update. Shower head calcified. Faucets old. Bathtub paint peeling. Guests Smoke in stairwells

Front desk staff was nice. Check in was easy. But.... The room was filthy. Every corner of the room had hair, food remnants and other various things in it. Pretty sure there was a complete pie crust next to the night stand, we debated but didn't come to a conclusion... Oh and a few long ladies hairs on the pillow cases and who knows what the brown spot was on the bedspread (didn't feel like even talking about that one much less debating it).
