Clean room
Room was very clean and felt brand new as it just opened last year I believe. Friendly staff upon check in. Breakfast was not your typical continental breakfast, as they just had cereal bars, muffins, and coffee. But it is free, so I did not mind, kept my stomach satisfied until lunch time. Plenty of fast food and shopping nearby.

Room was very clean and staff was nice! Nice and easy staying!
The room was modern and spotless. The staff couldn't have been more nicer and accommodating. Will stay here again when visiting Asheville. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay was good. Hotel was clean, kitchen was great. ‘Light’ breakfast that was offered was just some granola bars and yogurt, maybe we’re just accustomed to every hotel having. After continental breakfast?
The breakfast was extremely limited option. Basically oatmeal and muffins. No drinks other than coffee.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were good too. Reception was friendly.

There's no one at the front desk both times I stopped there and there was no full length mirror in the rooms other than that it was a great stay and a decent on the go breakfast . The place was pretty clean overall

That's the problem the Kitchen was not equipped with anything, the elevator wasn't working, and there was only (1) disposable glass in the bathroom. The bed was squeaky and I believe the person that checked us in was a "One Man Show", he checked us in and delivered a glass to our room, was doing laundry. What an experience and on top of that their phone didn't even work to call the front desk. I had to us my cell phone to call the front desk.
