Check in process was great. Bill was super friendly and let me pick my room. Hotel was nicer than most ESA we've been to. Elevator was larger and placed in center of hallway. The front doors were actually automatic, which I've never seen at ESA . That's so nice since we had a lot of luggage. . The room was smaller than expected, just a regular hotel room size but clean and comfy. My only issue was that there was a dead roach in the fridge. Very gross. I didn't see any other signs of life .
