The room looked very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the recliner in the room was very nice and comfortable also. The only bad thing was the overwhelming smell of the room. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke that was covered up with heavy air freshener. We only stayed one night, but our clothes reaked of the odor even when we got back home. Overall the room was nice and comfy,but the odor was a big negative.

Elevator was out. 4 flights of stairs with luggage is no fun. Breakfast was soooo limited. Hot water took long time to come on.

The fire alarm was activated during the night as a result of an employee's actions. We had to evacuate a handicapped person from the 2nd floor. Not knowing the severity, we had to use the elevator against posted signage. There was no offer of compensation for this distressing situation.
