Good stay, not friendly employee The hotel itself was good and quiet and comfortable. However the morning front counter employee was not so great. She was not friendly and would not get the coffee made. Several times people had to wait for coffee and when asked to make more coffee she got extremely aggravated.

Excelente atención del personal de la recepción, hotel limpio y comodo.
Stayed here for F1 and we were happy with the proximity. Our quickest trip was 25 minutes. The longest was 1.5 hrs but only due to parking lot issues at track lot. It was still pretty quick once we got off the lot. The mattress wasn't great but we slept fine. It's clean!

As expected We stayed here because it was close to Circuit of the Americas. It is no frills and was still pretty expensive given it was no frills. There is no housekeeping (we stayed 3 nights) and there's not even a full length mirror or a mirror outside of the bathroom which makes it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time. Front office manager needs to be in another line of work — rude. Hallways and self-laundry are dirty. Guests sit in stairwell and drink beer.

Noisy, I found long hairs everywhere on the ground and two eye contacts, which means it was not cleaned very well before being reserved. The vending machine charged me three times before releasing a bag of M&M’s. Very bad carpet smell in the hallway.
