Absolutely terrible water pressure! No hot water! If you are wanting a hot shower after a long hard day, this hotel is NOT for you. The water pressure is very low, and the water gets lukewarm at best. It was more cool than warm. The front desk person is pretty much non existent unless you make a lot of noise. DONT FALL FOR THE BREAKFAST AMENITY BECAUSE ITS A PLOY! Their breakfast consisted of an empty mini fridge, two carafes of coffee, plastic wrapped mini muffins, and instant oatmeal. The trash can were full and wasn’t cleaned before the room was presented, reception never picked up the call, was done from the room, There were no amenities in the room, not even a glass was given, Tea, Coffee, sugar .cups are always kept in any other places, but . Extended Stays ,there wa none, They don’t have airport shuttle, we had call an Uber at the end, which increased the total price,

Had a booking through Expedia and had a night layover and the hotel had cancelled our rooms because we didn’t show up by 11 and then charged us more for less. Absolutely would not recommend this establishment

Subpar stay I booked online months before my stay. I booked a king bed room, upon arrival I realized they gave my room away and gave me a queen bed room. Called the front desk after double checking my reservation, to be told they overbooked and gave my room away and “upgraded" me. Shower was disgusting and there was mold around the kitchen sink. Would not stay again The front desk in this hotel is almost non existent. They sit in back room and you have to call to get service. The party in oarking lotcwent tob10:30 when I had to go and request the front desk to walk out back to hear the music we were listening to in our back ground level room.

Did not like ice machine no working, check out receipt dont explaining what was room rate and taxes sepatated only shows total charged and dont show balance 0
