Not staying here again Staff is horrible. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Very loud noises outside. Fridge is super loud in the room. Hallways smell like smoke too.

The place is honestly beautiful, and the microwave, stovetop, and full fridge was impressive (shouldn't it be a convection oven then??). But...... every day the "free" breakfast from 6-9:30 was gone by 7am. They gave the common soap and shampoo samples, but no conditioner or Lotion some of us need conditioner with longer hair). Also no hair dryer inside the room. First hotel I've ever stayed in missing those things. And if i knew they didn't have enough breakfast supplies, i would've selected a different place.

Extremely disappointed Made a reservation to stay at the Premier Suites Airport location a week or two in advance for the weekend of The Lonestar Round Up. When we arrived to check in, I was told that our room was no longer available due to flight cancellations from the storms the night before. The hotel placed stranded travelers from those cancelled flights in rooms that were already reserved by people such as me. We arrived. The front desk was friendly. We were assigned a room, entered and discovered it had not been cleaned and there was no bedding. The front desk did help us get a new room. The room is clean enough for us. Noticed the kitchenette has nothing to use or cook with…strange.

The staff was horribly unfriendly and unwelcoming. I have never stayed at an Extended Stay Hotel where they never service the room, never provide clean towels, no pots and pans or a kettle unless you ask, hair dryer given on a first come first serve basis, the breakfast was as basic as you get (yogurt, muffin and coffee). I won’t stay here again and nor would I recommend it to anyone. The price of the hotel was comparable to others, which I am sure had better service.

Nope I booked thru hotels.com. $240. Got on site and prices were $120!!! Could not cancel and rebook. Room had no coffee pot or blow dryer, no plates or forks. Wehad to go to front desk for everything. TownePlace by Marriot has fully furnished rooms that are great. Also, extended stay had no netflix or prime options. Will never stay there again.

They cut the water without notice, no water bottle anywhere. Homeless people around the hotel.
