Room smelled like a wet dog Got there and front desk people didnt acknowledge us just kept talking about their personal time off while we were waiting and standing there. Cleaning lady left 2 toilet plungers in hallway! So disgusting. No bathroom to use in lobby, our room smelled like wet dog. Never staying here again. Do yourself a favor a book ANYWHERE ELSE

No pool dirty kitchen area too many pets and breakfast was not a breakfast and very misleading

Both rooms we had were dirty, the cleaning crew is obviously not cleaning well. The beds were all filthy as were the floors. Staff was decent, some were helpful some had attitudes.

Different Decision Next Time Team members not overly friendly. Room was very sterile. Clean, but not comfortable. Not ideal for family. Soap was sandpaper, I had to trade towels to get more towels. Continental breakfast consisted of wet eggs and a poor selection. Although, coffee was good.

There were 4 of us staying. We booked that hotel specifically for the two queen bed beds and sofa bed suite, even though it is not in a good part of Austin. We booked a suite with two queen beds and a double sofa bed online. We have an autistic son that does not sleep well with other people. We had 42 hours of traveling, got to the hotel past midnight dog tired, and got up to our room to find only 2 queen beds and no sofa bed. The toilet was clogged and there was no one to fix it nor did they have another room, they were out of everything. It was a busy weekend to be fair

You Really Don’t Want to Stay There Surly clerk, no airport shuttle, no restaurant and no place to eat within easy walking distance. And no one at the desk to check us out in the morning.

The hotel and property was well maintained I have not complaints about the hotel, but the staff that works there is very rude and unprofessional. My wife was told to get out the room because we didn’t have a reservation after having already checked in. I asked to speak with someone and the front desk staff didn’t want to speak with me, hanged the phone and told me they were going to call the police if I didn’t leave the room, I have to go to the front desk and confront the staff and make them apologize for their rudeness and... read more
