Fair Booked on booking.com but it didn’t work, when I got there I had to book separately through the hotel.

Poor A/C didn't work right so it was hot. I couldn't sleep. The pillows are too big and firm. The mattress was hard. The toilet paper was horrible! Complained at check out. The guy working didn't apologize. Will never stay there again. Clean. No carpet.

Very Poor Place is barely cleaned ; showers disgusting , dirty floors , boogers on the walls . And the pool was closed . For almost a month we stayed here . They cleaned up real nice two weeks ago and Still it's closed . Staff was ok , Jose was mostly who we dealt with , he was awesome . And Diane was very professional and courteous. No one else acted they gave a damn if you had guests or didn't . No one at front desk sometimes . No one to be found at on certain nights . You boast about 24 hr help and it's not there . No stay you cancel it before I even got to the property I didn't get in further than the lobby no one seem to know what they're doing at the hotel or at booking.com It was sold out no rooms I didn't make it past the desk I'm still waiting on the refund far $179.43
