As usual when I visit Charlottesville, this hotel was impeccable. Exceeded all my expectations again. I keep waiting every time I go there to have an experience where something goes wrong and it never does. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at in the staff are some of the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered in all my travels. The hotel was convenient to where we were visiting. It was clean. Check in and check out were flawless. The hotel staff that we encountered was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We did not take advantage of the breakfast nor did we use the kitchen except the refrigerator. We will definitely stay there again. Take your own blow dryer though.
The staff were very friendly, the room was whole building inside and out was spotless. We will definitely be back.
