The property was brand new. Very clean, well kept and maintained thus far. The check in was not friendly nor was the morning staff very hospitable. It was Christmas!!! Have a smile, some cheer, or at least a hello.

Heather assisted me during check-in and checkout. Both processes were seamless and ran smoothly. Heather went above and beyond. I LOVED the hot water that was immediately available when the sink and shower were turned on...unlike many big brand hotels I have stayed in where it needs to "warm up." The beds were comfortable. We checked in late on a cold night, but our room quickly warmed up once we turned the heat on. I have two suggestions: 1) Please keep the grab-n go bar running until 11 AM, at least coffee, if not the food... read more

Room surpassed expectations! Front Desk Staff were very polite, welcoming, and helpful. Would love to stay again!
Spotless room. First floor noisy. I usually don’t stay on the first floor but it was pretty loud to keep me up since 5 am. Not a lot of sound proofing as the rooms above me sounds like an upstairs in a house. I do like these but will request upper floors next time. I’ve stayed at another one last month & liked it so I will give it another chance.

when I arrived, I was given a room that had not been cleaned. The young lady at front desk gave me another room. Room had every amenity I needed, expect have to get cookware, room temp was good, bed was comfortable, only issue was molded muffins and rotten fruit on morning bar, so I was scared to try coffee or something else on morning bar. If I have a work-related stay in CVille I will probably stay at Extended again
