Room was clean and staff were friendly and professional. Otherwise, one of the two elevators was broken and the other had issues. The breakfast was very limited and some of the exercise equipment was broken. Other deferred maintenance was evident

Easy check in and out. Room good size. ky issues were loud partying on floor 5 that went on without end, no sheets for sleeper sofa bed (retrieved st front desk - but they had no blanket), and breakfast supplied was gone too quick - not enough supply IMHO. Nice and convenient though and staff was helpful except no blanket available.

Walls are very thin, and im not really a fan of requesting everything that was stated as "comes with the room" the black out curtains were nice. I just wish they stated on all websites that the pool was down and it was only a grab and go breakfast. The Tv was mounted in a weird location so watching it from the bed or the couch was a whole ordeal.
