Room had the ability to have multiple people up to six and we loved having it be very convenient for our trip to Cleveland and very convenient to everything we did

Rude staff The lady in the reception is very nice and friendly but the guy who followed her on the evening had an attitude. I think he forget how to smile and he seems irritated when I asked for extra 2 towels for My Family. There’s 4 of us and there were only towels provided in the room. I don’t think he’s the right person to be in the reception area. I also overheard him exchanging harsh words with one of the guests, shortly after we left. He should be taught human relationships and friendliness.
