Room had very old/low quality furnishings. Carpet very unpleasant.

Gross!! There were ants and cockroaches. There was coffee grounds spilled behind the dresser. The door looked like it was keyed or someone was carving initials in it. We didn't leave anything sitting on the floor. In need of renovations, cleaning, and pest control.

This hotel is close to the cruise port. However, the mattress was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a blanket thrown over it. Not so sure it wasn't a box spring. Our room was on the street side on the first floor and although the windows were not open it sounded like the cars were inside our room. Would not stay here again.

No one at front desk on check in.room had a full kitchen but to coffee pot, no dishes, and we were told if we wanted coffee pot we have to go to the front desk. Bathroom light sometimes came on and sometimes not. Room never cleaned during our stay. Paid WAY to much for our room and will not stay there again.

What a mess. Dirty Desk is manned but sometime no one is these. Very small front area. 2 elevators. Small. A lot of people sitting around with crutches. They sit in the very small lobby. It looks like they live there all the time. interesting. They take up the lobby space. Room was dirty. Floor was dirty. Drape was rotting. You could see light thru when closed. Bathroom was dirty. The property is close to the cruise port which is convenient however, there was daily room service. We did not even have face cloths in our bathroom. Their continental breakfast is in the reception area which is a joke! No washrooms on the main floor. If you want to go to the washroom, it’s a dirty washroom in the laundry room! This hotel is very overrated and does not deserve 3 stars. Begs are very old.

The room was big but lacked amenities, like a spoon or coffee cups. The decor was spartan. Tbere were German cockroaches in the bathroom. The breakfast sucked. No cream for the coffee, just grool-like liquid Coffee Mate. Its like Extended Stay doesn't want repeat business, or any business for that matter.

First off let me say that besides our shuttle driver jamyll (? Sorry for any misspelling) the staff was not helpful or pleasant at all. In addition our room had kitchen facilitirs with nothing in the cabinets. When we told tbe front desk they said they dont keep anything the rooms so they can customze what u need. We also asked if there was an ice nachine and they daid no - need to use ice trays to makd ice.
