No coffee maker in room. Extended stay but no glasses or plates unless requested. No trash can other thsn bathroom. Staff was outside smoking but they were friendly and accomodating when engaged... room was clean and beds were comfortable.....

Nice basic hotel

The room was mostly clean, though there was a broken pretzel and some crumbs next to one of the beds. The bathroom door handle was also broken and came off when closing the door, which should definitely be addressed. That said, the staff was extremely friendly. They even called me after checkout to let me know I had left my pillows behind, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was priced fairly for the level of cleanliness, but fixing the door handle would make a noticeable difference.

Stayed 3 nights visiting our dtr at JMU. Upon arrival to our room the bedside chair had human hair all over it, I contacted front desk and they had someone come promptly to vacuum it. Room basic and simple overall. Beds semi comfortable, pillows not so much. People on floor above us very loud and noisy late at night and early in morning, asked to have room moved they were unable to accommodate us due to being a full capacity. This was very frustrating.
