between bad and awful. I was charged twice for the room I had already paid for in advance. But the worst thing was the lack of treatment from one of the receptionists. I needed to use the wifi to show that I had already paid, but the receptionist wouldn't give me the wifi password to solve the problem. Always in a bad mood.
