Could habe been better service We booked a two beds room with a couch bed. The couch bed was dirty and very thin.. also there were no linens in the room for the couch bed. We checked it late and had to wait outside for 10 min to be buzzed in to even check in. We went back down and there was no one at the front desk to get linens from at all… Location was good for an early flight in Miami.

50/50. Met my needs I was supposed to have a queen room with sofa bed, got a full bed.. The corridors at nights, had a strange smell, Wifi dropped often but was strong The distance to the airport is convenient. The staff was helpful at all times. The breakfast was sufficient. My room was clean, no bad smells. It served its purpose. Sleep and go. Area was beautiful

Just sleep overnight for not to miss the cruise ship vacation. I had a reservation and when I arrived they had no room for my family. After 1.5 hours they split our family by putting my kids into a dirty room. The front desk teller keep saying it will be free. Now my credit card statement came in and they charged me double. Unbelievable…… Not far away from airport.

PESIMO desayuno, y recepción de lobby sin interés por explicar la llegada El hotel dice que tiene desayuno incluido, y lo que ponen como desayuno ES UNA VERGÜENZA. Para mí... el desayuno NO ES UN MUFFIN CON UNA TAZA DE CAFE. Deberían indicar que el desayuno NO está incluído, así uno ya sabe que tiene que llegar con cosas como pan, queso, leche, yogurt, fruta, etc que la habitación que nos tocó tenía la habitación independiente del resto con de una puerta. Ibamos con un bebé y fue vital tener esa puerta

Save your money We made a reservation for 4 and they overbooked and wanted to give us a one bed unit. The manager called that they were looking to relocate us to a property way further than we wanted to stay. Then she called back and said that they found a room with a sleeping sofa. Arrived at the hotel the sofa was all bloody and disgusting .. no bedsheets available or pillows. Went to the front desk because the room was disgusting. It was def not cleaned. No apto para 6 personas El sofá cama súper incómodo, no había ropa de cama puesta para el sofá cama, 4 toallas para una habitación de 6 personas y la piscina no se podía utilizar. Cerca del aeropuerto
