Disapointed The room was smelling musty. The attendance asked us to try speaking spanish because she didn't speak english. How can you have a front desk person, in a hotel, in USA that don't speak english ? Location is good, only 10min by car from the MIA Airport.

I would find another hotel The pool was shut down which was a HUGE disappointment after driving for hours and paying full price for a room that's best amenity is the pool! Also, we were ground level with an exit door at the end of our hallway. Since we were parked in the lot near the door I was in and out several times over my stay. Each time, I found the door propped open with a rock and people were coming and going without using they're key card. Could habe been better service We booked a two beds room with a couch bed. The couch bed was dirty and very thin.. also there were no linens in the room for the couch bed. We checked it late and had to wait outside for 10 min to be buzzed in to even check in. We went back down and there was no one at the front desk to get linens from at all… Location was good for an early flight in Miami.
