Next Équipements vieillissants et dont la propreté n’est pas le point fort. Le petit déjeuner se résume à un thé ou un café Le personnel sympathique

Terrible The hotel cancelled our reservation and told us we could pay double the price if we wanted the room.

Bad We were later getting in than expected and our room got canceled and were unable to find another room, so ended up spending the night at the airport!!!!!

Pretty bad if you have kids who want to swim while in Miami or eat the "free breakfast" The pool was closed without warning on their website. The front desk said they're waiting on the permit, but the pool wasn't new, it was dirty, and nobody was working on it at all the entire stay. The breakfast was just blueberry muffins and coffee, nothing to eat or drink for kids, not even fruit, water, or juice. Poor Everything when I first arrived the employee wasn't in lobby to let me in so I stood outside with all my baggage for atleast 30 mins then when I finally made it in she couldn't find my Reservation until she called her supervisor then my card were a default and the pool were close as well I traveled from one state to another for a good time but it didn't go as planned so I finally made it to the room and the stove were terrible burnt out so I had to clean the stove and there wasn't no cooking supplies and wasn't informed... read more

Probably Illegal practices collecting consumer information Staff and their own policies, none of them in their website and are illegal practices. Shady staff requested state issued ID from the every single member of my family and mine as well. They they wanted to make copies of them as well as my credit card. Rude staff.
