Dissatisfied Where do I start, first the sofa bed had no bedding so I had to go to the front desk and ask for bedding which they had. They handed me the bedding, so I had to make the bed up. Second no pillows for the sofa bed, which when asked at the front desk she went and looked and when she returned with no pillows and told me sorry they have no extra pillows. I’ll never return. The staff were mean. That made the stay terrible. There’s no public bathroom if you’re waiting to be checked in. There’s no WiFi for you to use while waiting and as soon as you hand them your room card, you’re logged out. The workers are the worst. Attitude galore. I liked nothing.

Bad I do no recommend
Horrible See above No food for breakfast. How cheap. No pool for an extended period of time. No bedding when i paid for 4 adults...seriously...3 chairs in the breakfast area...seriously...tried to charge me extra for arriving before 3 pm when i was in the hotel for less than 12 hours...

poor service, overpriced, lack of food, over promise, under deliver....horrid.... there was a serious and deliberate lack of food for breakfast...horrible. The room did not have the blankets and sheets even though I paid for 4 adults and they were clearly listed. They wanted to charge me extra for an early check in...seriously? The pools was closed. This was a very low quality, cheaply run hotel which I will NEVER do again. location
