They need to be accommodating, more options for breakfast & be upfront on their facility offering The breakfast was very limited. Didn't have many options, only 1 fruit, muffin, health bar, tea or coffee.. No water or juice...the vending machine didnt work...they never stated the pool wasnt operational until we asked. The room was very clean. The breakfast was the worse. Location was average.

Bad For the value of the property they should offer at least shuttles for airport drop or pick up Location

I felt like I was in the twilight zone on chilligans island. The lobby area wasn’t very welcoming. In the continental breakfast area there were only 3 chairs. Continental breakfast was very limited in the variety of food. The phone in the room did not work. There was no bed sheet set for the sofa bed in the room. Received an advertisement for a restaurant that delivered but after ordering food it never arrived. The distance from the airport and the price .

Not for me Breakfast was not what I expected it was just Danish's and coffee . The shower in my room clearly had not been cleaned as there was hair in the shower. The cushions on the sofa were ripped. Apparently the establishment is used for long-term living patrons and the loud noises coming from the rooms disturbed my sleep as well as the different aromas coming from those long-term residents that were cooking. I will not stay at any extended stay America again. It was loud and noisy into the wee hours of the morning. Loud banging from above our room all night. The key pad didn’t work several times for the side and front door.No one at front desk to help. We had to call customer service while locked outside the facility at 1 am. Very disappointing. Absolutely nothing

ESTADIA DE TERROR, Y NO POR HALLOWEEN!! No es verdad que está equipada. NO hay ni cafetera, ni tostadora y ninguna vajilla. Como se puede ver en la foto, hay un cartel en la habitación que uno debe solicitar cada cosa que necesita, bajar y buscarla uno mismo en la recepción (no la llevan a la habitación). Tuvimos dos horas para conseguir todo para hacernos un café. Pedimos dos vasos y nos dieron dos vasitos de plástico de cumpleaños.
