misnoegd geur in de gangen + plekken op tapijt / luidruchtig / kitchenette zonder enige uitrusting / ontbijt to go = very basc / lange check in door gebruik van een tablet dat huisdieren toegelaten zjn
Pésimo Hace 10 días que hice el check out y hasta el momento no me devuelven los 100 dólares extra que piden por si las dudas. Estuve una sola noche porque no tenía calefacción, me morí de frío, tenían el aire acondicionado a todo dar. No tenían secador de pelo. Estrictos con todo, muy caro para lo que es el hotel. Me fui al hotel de a lado al otro día que es muchísimo mejor. Quedo a la espera de que me devuelvan mis 100 dólares porque la habitación quedó tal como me la dieron y estuve una sola noche, solo 12 horas.
No es confortable El desayuno no es desayuno y ni Booking ni el hotel deberían ofrecerlo como tal. El sofá cama es demasiado incómodo entonces no se debería ofrecer esto como una cama para dos personas. Ubicación
Very disappointing. Very dirty. Not interested in their customers The front desk was rude. Found multiple hairs when sheets were turned down. They refused to change sheets and told us to change them ourselves. Insisted on new room which was down a filthy hallway. Pool out of order, public bathroom out of order. Will never stay there or recommend Short list. Liked having refrigerator in room and tv was nice sized

Não foi uma boa experiência! Camas desconfortáveis, reservei um quarto para 4 adultos, e era um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 1 sofá cama, o sofá cama não estava pronto, não tinha lençol nem nada, se a reserva eram pra 4 adultos o mínimo era já estar tudo pronto para os quatros adultos dormirem! Um dia antes da minha saída perguntei pro atendente da recepção se poderia fazer late check out, e fui autorizada a sair às 12:00h No dia da minha saída, outra atendente, bateu na porta às 11:00h falando que eu tinha sair com urgência... read more

A fuir Un accueil horrible : 2 chambres réservées/ 1 pour 6 personnes et 1 pour 4 personnes. Nous avions réservé 3 arrêts dans cet hôtel à différentes dates (non annulable non remboursable, sinon nous serions allés ailleurs) 2 fois sur 3 nous n'avions pas les chambres correspondantes ( on nous a fait changer 3 fois de chambre la première fois, pas assez de lits) ! Lits tout petits (1 place et demi) et canapé lit qui n'a que le nom de canapé lit, des nuits horribles pour ceux qui ont dormi dedans... une alarme qui sonne toute... read more
