Disappointing Looks old and they said breakfast but nothing serve only granola Location

Fine for overnight, that’s all. Oh pool and outside was kinda trashed The place! Need to vacuum the hallways probably not done for a month Stale muffins, only sweetened creamer and packets oatmeal and hot chocolate. Chocolate or blueberry, had no blueberries in them. No extra blanket, kitchenette with absolutely no utensils or pots. A shampoo , no hair dryer. Only good thing was the price and bed

Olvidable. Fuimos con nuestras 2 hijas, el sofá cama realmente un desastre… era acostarse sobre los resortes.. literalmente. Es impresentable tener un colchón así realmente. La cercanía al aeropuerto.

Careful what your booking. When we checked in, we were given a downgraded room. When we asked, we were told that the room we booked was overbooked and given away. The first solution, we will give you two rooms for the two of you! That made no sense. We ended up getting a room almost like what we booked, but not quite, and Im pretty sure it's a lower cost room. Bad Pior experiência de hotel que já tivemos, desde a chegada até a saída. Chegamos tarde por conta de voo cancelado e fomos extremamente mal recebidos. Demoraram para confirmar a reserva que já estava feita pelo aplicativo, nos atenderam com arrogância e falta de educação. Estava sem bateria em um dos celulares. Exigiram pagamento antecipado e eu estava sem bateria no celular e sem minhas malas. Não deixaram usar a internet do hotel para conectar o banco para fazer o pagamento.
