Fair LOUD fans in rooms that cannot be switched off, and hotel generally nmaintenance. Tidy up and bit of maint. Location is easy to get to, and only $10-15 Uber from Airport (no hotel shuttle bus). Our first room had the toilet flush water running non stop, so changed us to 2 other rooms on separate floors - thank you VERY much to the receptionist :) Unfortunately both of those rooms had a fan running from lounge area into the bedroom (as no AC in the bedroom), so bring ear plugs as the fans are VERY loud, and cannot be swi... read more

Bad The place was filthy. Couldn't tell you the last time someone vacuumed the carpet. We never walk barefoot out of our rooms. My son took off his socks and shoes, walked to the bathroom and back, and his feet were black. Room service is one a week if you Stay more than one day. You have to take your towels to the front to get new ones. They have a pool, but hasn't been open in approx 6 months due to licensing issues. For how much it cost, I wouldn't not stay here again. Pra una estancia corta está bien , nada más ! El desayuno muy escaso y repetitivo , no había baño en la recepción , la piscina no servía , habían pocas mesas y sillas en el decir de afuera, no habían computadoras para uso de clientes y la habitación no tenía buena ventilación y tenía mal olor . La locación, lo cerca de las paradas de buses . El personal era sumamente amable .

Bad En realidad desde la persona que me atendio y el cuarto son bien cochinos los cuartos huelen a cigarrillos las personas fuman en las entradas de las puertas y en la recepción solo quieren que les des un deposito y no lo aceptan en efectivo para no devolverlo me quitaron mi deposito y me robaron no me lo,dieron y ellos solo,te dicen si no te gusta te puedes largar a otro lado son unos mal educados

Very bad experience. Will suggest no one to book here The staff were very rude, the room service was bad, no one from the room service attended to change the wet towels.Horrible breafasf. A/C was not attached to the bedroom, rather it was attached to the living room. Nothing
