If you need a room close to Vandy area then it’s convenient. The third floor where I was clearly had some kind of leak as there was places covered where carpet was removed, ceiling tiles missing with wires hanging out and a musty smell. I’m sure they are working on these things but definitely shouldn’t have guest staying on that floor if other areas are available. Disappointed with most staff, asked for a wash cloth and it was asking for a million dollars....healthy breakfast , what breakfast? Shower was moldy around handle and shower head kind of gross. Alarm clock numbers missing. Remote control was broken.

Wonderful staff! Breonna Grant was the front desk agent. There was a problem with receiving rhe reservation from the booking service. Breonna worked very hard contacting the booking service to get the information. She contacted AGM Marion Davis who came in to the location to assist. After many phone calls both by the location and myself, the reservation was finally made and they were able to get us into a very clean and comfortable room for the night.
