Wonderful staff! Breonna Grant was the front desk agent. There was a problem with receiving rhe reservation from the booking service. Breonna worked very hard contacting the booking service to get the information. She contacted AGM Marion Davis who came in to the location to assist. After many phone calls both by the location and myself, the reservation was finally made and they were able to get us into a very clean and comfortable room for the night. Overall a nice hotel Everything was really nice and clean. The staff is helpfull.
The location is close to my work place but the smell of the room and hallways 4th floor is almost unbearable and somewhat humid. Needs a little air freshner. Overall good stay but make sure to bring earplugs when in case they'll put your room facing the road. It can get loud on busy hours.

A pleasant surprise! We normally stay at another hotel when in Nashville, but it was a busy weekend, a last minute trip, and the other hotel as well as most others in the area were booked. I was a little worried because some reviews were not so favorable. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Great location, close to downtown and the pathernon. It was just a one night stay. The room could use a deeper cleaning. Shower was not thoroughly cleaned and trash bin was not emptied from the previous guest. It was quickly taken care of once we spoke to the front desk.
The property was conveniently located on a major street which led into the downtown Nashville area and surrounding neighborhoods. Some good restaurants were located within walking distance. Rooms were clean and relatively spacious. I was disappointed with the complimentary breakfast amenity, which was tiny, had a meager selection and not well stocked at any given time. Ended up getting breakfast at McD's down the street.

Ok Hotel Close to Fun Sites Nashville is very cool. Fun restaurants. We were in town for a convention at the Opryland and wanted to stay a few extra days in town. The hotel was close to midtown, where we mostly hung out and was a block away from the Parthenon, which is remarkable.
They need to have several benches for outside waiting for Uber rides.
