The property is situated in a good location near Vanderbilt. The amenities are simple and spartan. Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Conveniently located in an easy spot to get an Uber downtown but out of the craziness of downtown and very clean and nice staff.

I was told that they did NOT have an ice machine. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that does not have an ice machine. At the entrance to the hotel were several questionable looking men smoking that made my wife very uncomfortable.
