Nice location, no extras We enjoyed our stay here and would possibly stay again. Erica at the desk was amazing, friendly and helpful! There was another lady that worked later in the day and evening that was not pleasant at all!! There are no coffee pots in the rooms and no ice machine anywhere in this hotel! Something for Breakfast would have been a little nicer for someone leaving early in the morning. A granola bar and Coffee was not what was expected at all. fresh fruit or cereal would have helped.

When I arrived at 5pm on Thursday after an 11 hour drive I was told I did not have a room as they overbooked the hotel and had let the people that were in my assigned room stay another night. The desk clerk was rude and matter of fact about it. After my insistence that they find me a room I was given a queen room not the king room I had booked. Excellent!! Wonderful place. Very clean, more of a European style - no carpeting, which left it feeling much cleaner.
