This hotel is perfect if you’re just looking for a place to get ready and sleep! Great location very convenient to downtown (Uber’s were no more than $10 anywhere we went)! Staff was friendly and accommodating with an early check in and dropping off our luggage until the room was ready! My only complaint would be the breakfast which was really just granola bars, muffins and coffee! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would stay again when back in Nashville!!

Piss poor service By far the rudest transactional experience I have ever had at a front desk. Literally the first word said to me was “yah, name” he never checked my ID, never told me my room number and was disgusted to have to help.
