Hotel is fine. Staff — rude & unwelcoming Hotel is fine. Front desk staff — rude and completely ambivalent about their job. Not the type of person or attitude a business should want to provide first impression of their establishment.

Love the kitchen. I wasn't happy with the bed frames... was a little unstable. I weigh 130lbs... it had a missing screw middle of frame stand... they gave me a discount for it though.

Pillow We liked the room and hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were nice. Our ony complaint is that the pillows were not very comfortable and they only had 2. I think they should give you 2 pillows per guest.

Just as great the 2nd time around! The room was nice and comfortable for an overnight stay. This was our 2nd time at this hotel and would stay again if needed.

The location of the property was excellent for my needs. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I had my service animal with me and they were very helpful with any information I would need to accommodate him. Overall, it was a very relaxing visit. I plan on using more of your locations!
