Bed Linen was clearly stained, staff was not at front desk to help check in / address issues

Pleasantly surprised! I was a bit skeptical about booking this hotel after reading the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised from the kindness of the desk clerks, to the cleanliness, to the way the room was furnished, and to the noise level (none). It seems that everything others complained about in their reviews, I found untrue about my stay. It was a great value and great location for a New Year’s Eve stay. I will definitely book this hotel again!

Would have been better but... Would have been better except for the noisey AC unit. It made a loud vibration whenever the compressor cycled so it was hard to get a good night's rest.

I really like the new clean and slick looking decor and remodeled bath. The front desk agent when I checked in was very professional and sincerely friendly. I was with Gaylord Hotels for 15 years and really thought Shay exemplified the way to enhance a guests visit. Kudos to your fine hotel!
