I really like the new clean and slick looking decor and remodeled bath. The front desk agent when I checked in was very professional and sincerely friendly. I was with Gaylord Hotels for 15 years and really thought Shay exemplified the way to enhance a guests visit. Kudos to your fine hotel!

clnose to Vanderbilt hospital ,no ice trays in freezer, freezer raised hell every time it cycled.

Great value! Was a good comfortable stay and convenient for my visit to Vanderbilt! The elevator was a bit slow, but otherwise a very good stay!

Hotel staff not that friendly. Maintanace Guy very nice but most of Front Desk when you ask some information they answer wirh an attitude

Convenience to the Max For the location and price, this was perfect for our needs. Easy to get to, get out of, qnd close enough to Vanderbilt, that we were able to make our appointments in plenty of time.
