I have stayed here several times. The room is always clean and the fact it has a kitchen in it is amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pretty good stay overall. I wish I would have known about the discount if you are staying for a hospital visit before booking. Price was pretty high for a smallish room. I liked the layout and bed. The floor is nice but it was very dirty. Service was great, even handled an odd request with no problem.

All was fine but the room was very institutional. I felt like I was staying in a dorm.

Won't be a Repeat Booking for me Bland with a desk staff that follows the "letter of the law" about the 3:00 PM check-in if you aren't willing to pay a $26.00 early check-in fee. The room was bare but clean. I won't stay there again.

very bad technology at check in. breakfast options limited

Staff were very friendly and helpful. 15 minute transit ride to/ from Music City Center. Disappointed that no recycling program in place.
