cockroaches in the room

ROACHES! ROACHES! Need I say more

We want to reassure you we do everything possible to discourage the entrance of outside insects mentioned. Our pest control provider does service our hotel on a routine basis. The view of the bay was pleasant from the hallways but it wasn’t worth it. There was a pubic hair on one of the pillows, there was sticky pink stuff on the air conditioner, there were crumbs under the light. Overall just disappointing but staff were pleasant.

Trip From Hell Horrible Room Had Lots Of Dog Hair And Fleas

I didn't like anything about the room and they have roaches my phone dropped and I moved the dresser and roaches came running out and then I went to use the bathroom and it was too baby roaches in there then I got to check in at 2:35 a.m. I will not recommend this place to anyone and you would think it would be clean because it's in Alameda by the water

Poor service When it was time to check in the room the host greeted us after a few minutes. Once we got into the room it seemed pretty clean and spacious (as stated in their description). Upon settling in we noticed that the TV wasn't working. It said that the cable had no signal. I walked up to the front desk to ask for help. I was then told that their maintenance worker was gone for the day, so I couldn't have it looked at until the next day.
