Disgusting and dirty room and hallway Terrible service at front desk (rather there was no service, you had to call out asking if anyone was there), extremely rude person when I called to ask information, bathtub was dirty and not cleaned, hallway smelled of nauseating smoke ( unclear what it was), dirty towels left in front of door across from us for 2 days. Sad looking place and borderline acceptable service. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. Location is super sad with nothing meaningful within a reach.

We will never stay at an Extended Stay America again! The signage was absent along with the staff it seems. It was dirty and smelly- even the elevator! The showerhead and bathroom facets were ridiculous and even the toilet paper holder was installed backwards! Continental breakfast is pre-packaged muffins. They ran out of coffee so asked for them to refill container and 10 minutes later she comes through with a laundry basket and forgot about the coffee container! I could go on...

Seemed to have many ‘permanent’ residents. Noisy, odors. Not thoroughly cleaned; contraband found in room.
