Multiple roaches

Smelly Rooms Had two rooms. Both rooms were dirty. Floors was extremely sticky. Both rooms stunk of grease and cigarettes. Luckily there was a target nearby. Had to buy Fe breeze and multiple air fresheners for both rooms. Still smelled bad. Will not recommend or stay at this location again.

I had checked Christmas Eve and got a room with a family of roaches on the floor. Got another room and when I was in the shower s huge roach crawled on the bathroom door frame. Bathtub had tons of black hair I had to clean out… ring around the tub- dirty floors. Dirty handles with residue… I use to live here during Covid for about two months. Not sure what happened but this place went from a 10 to 4. Checked in on Christmas and had a rude employee tell me she wasn’t checking anybody in bc her tablet timed out. She let 3 cust... read more

Stuff wasn’t friendly barely any directions, like I had to figure out everything, garners making noise early morning at 8 right by the window not happy with my stay

Will not stay again There were no bath towels, and when I went to call the front desk for some the phone didn’t work. There was also blood spatter on the wall in the bathroom, and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom as well.

We’ve stayed several times in the past and this visit was very disappointing. The room wasn’t filthy, but it wasn’t clean either, nor was it cleaned during our our stay. There was a significant water leak under the window by the A/C-heating unit (just below an electrical outlet) and there was nothing (no coffee maker/coffee, plates, dishes, cups, utensils, etc.) in the room. Give what your ad says. I booked a non smoking, king size bed and not good, queen bed, smelled like smoke and heater made loud noise and also leaked water out. It was big room, bed was small.
