Room was poorly stocked Had to go to front desk forbasic kitchenand bathroom supplies. The compimentrey breakfast was limited to oatmeal and muffins.

Our van was vandalized, window broken. Management didn't care at all. We did not feel safe.

The communication between the 2 locations in Alameda CA is very very poor. As a result the Airport location could not find my reservation that had been sent over by the Mariner square location. I did not stay or occupy the room as it was in terrible shape. The next day they charged my card $680 for the 6 nights & a no show fee. I am currently waiting for a refund that they say is coming but has not materialized. The staff did not seem to care and responded with surprise that I was upset.
