We attended a function in the neighborhood. This was the closet place. Very very clean. Rooms nicely appointed. Disappointed no coffee pot in the room. Bed was comfortable however bedding very thin and not enough. Overall perfectly fine for our purpose. Also we had a great view of the water, which was very nice.

This location is amazing since it is right on the estuary and there are stores and restaurants close by. The General Manager and staff were helpful and friendly. The property could use a deep cleaning especially the hallways. I liked having a kitchenette.

Convenient in SAFE Alameda (CA), well run, clean and neat, room excellent -- good value. You can have a view of the Marina on the back side. Safe, well lit parking in the front. Use a map etc. a little tricky to find. Will stay again.

Great location close to everything let far from the noise of the city nice beds keeped my window cracked open so i could hear the waterfall in the coi pond
