Ok overall I liked the location but there was no wash rags in the room and I had to ask for them at the front desk. I can understand not leaving the kitchen stuff in the room but there should have been wash rags. Also the bed was a little bit too hard but that is just my opinion.

business trip. Would not accept corporate credit card because company name wasn't on credit card. Had to use personal card (and now have to fight with corporate accounting to get my personal credit card charges reimbursed) Otherwise stay was OK

Awesome!!! The hospitality here was amazing and the employee's were courteous and respectful. It felt like home. Very clean and peaceful. Great view of the ocean and the city of oakland.

OK stay Room was old, worn and felt dingy. Good location and service, but needs some focus on comfort and cleanliness
