Nice hotel in a safe area. Nice for families. The quality of the rooms are good and the staff is helpful, but if you're looking to have a good breakfast to start your day off, than this is not the place to stay. The breakfast spread is the weakest I've seen to date.

OK but not great Because of travel delay, I checked in after midnight and my reservation got all confused. My guaranteed price disappeared and it had to be straightened out by the manager the next day. Everyone was pleasant, but it took unnecessary steps. Continental breakfast is very minimal, but does include some fresh fruit.

It was fine for rating but not anything above. There is no restroom in the lobby, so you have to wait to check-in to access the one in your room. There was no one at front desk, had to speak out to get their attention. Seems the front desk also does the laundry because the laundry room is next to front desk. If you prepaid stay through Expedia, then you are asked for a $100 deposit. This is ridiculous because if you prepay and still have to leave deposit, seems odd. This is not a motel but a hotel. Close to Alameda Landing Good location but smoking is allowed and apparently pets as well.

Could've been better for the price T.v lower than bed. Small. Staff didn't respond promptly to our needs wanted us to come down when they were supposed to bring things up to us.. Tried to put us in a room on first floor with ppl headlights shining through the window. Nice area though.
Close to stores and public transportation. Excellent location for public transportation and I felt very safe in the area.
