The first room that I was put in, none of the lights worked. The second room I was put in was absolutely filthy. There were dead bugs everywhere, it looked like the shower hadn’t been scrubbed ever, it looked like food on the sheets and bedding. It was absolutely disgusting!

Front desk lady was rude, unprofessional, and lacked social abilities. Mold in the shower is concerning.

Did not stay., not good for staying with family.

Shower floor needs redone in room 623. I forgot to say something but now I’m saying something. Other than that. It was a cool stay.

Got woke up and sent outside due to fire alarm going off because someone over cooked a potato. Bathroom was discussing dirt , pubic and head hail all over and covered drain.

Did not get the room that I booked...

The room was anything but premier or sweet. The beds were not full sized queens. Fine for 2 small kids, but too cozy for 2 teens or adults. The "clean" room had trash and dirt on the floor. The kitchen needs a range instead of hotplate and much more ventilation. You can smell everything everyone was cooking. Supposed to be nonsmoking, but you can smell cigarettes and weed. Very disappointing.
