When I enter the room, the towers were still wet

Booked room with 2 double beds and pull out sofa. Was given king bed and pull out sofa saying the booking through expedia is only a suggestion to what i wanted and does not guarantee what i selected.
Poor customer service Someone hacked my account and placed a booking in my name. I didn’t authorize nor place the booking however they were not willing to listen or help me with the refund of the booking.

Hotel showing its age; second sink in room leaked; trash left in hall by other rooms left untouched for two Days. Front desk Staff friendly and helpful.

Well it’s started with getting keys to a room that was already occupied! And when we went to get a new room the kid said it must have been the previous worker’s fault for double booking the room. The AC in our new room sounded like a jet plane and the toilet was constantly filling all night! When we brought this to the guys attention this morning he completely ignored us! Guys name was Mr Lynch! Would not recommend this Hyatt Place to anyone….
Elevators were dirty and smelly, the Sofabed was so uncomfortable and no bedsheets included, had to request one in the middle of the night. Closet door was broken. Pool was not clean the floor was full of pieces of broken concrete and some garbage inside the pool and dirty water. This hotel needs major renovations.
