Do not recommend Shower handle didn’t work- wouldn’t turn. Toilet clogged immediately. Room 129. The breakfast was so small, no juices, eggs or anything. The flooring in the room was wavy and floor was uneven and paint was chipped. The window shade was sticky. The bed smelled like urine. All I had was a coffee. There were no dishes, silverware or anything. they received us perfectly but they made us questions about our room that it smelled like ciggarets & if we wanted a other room but she only gave us a choice that once we went in the room & if it smells like ciggaretes she wasnt going to exchange us room anymore so we had to make a choice right there & then . we asked for a king bed room nd she tryed giving us a 2 queen room . & dont expect a coffee machine in the rooms bc they didnt have & also didnt have the dishes or kitchen things that we needed

Overall my stay was good, but not the right fit for people on vacation, as I noticed this hotel is for long term stays. Also the area of the hotel was a bit sketchy with homeless, and addicts nearby. The staff was great, there was an evening worker name Jessica who was, rude, unfriendly, and would not give us clean linen for bedding as we were there for 6 nights. This made my stay feel unwelcome!

Large migrant/homeless population around the hotel. There was a security patrol in the parking lot 24/7 which was nice.

Poor Service due a lack of hiring help The service was inadequate. The person at the desk had no help what so ever. The place had trash over flowing from the garbage cans, as there was not enough help to empty the garbage cans all around the facility. The management of this facility must have been cutting corners to save money at the expense of providing service. I will not go back

I left two days early and still got charged because they didn’t want to check me out

Paid for a second night and all my food was thrown away by maid service when conducting a cleaning.
