Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Area around the hotel was filthy. There was garbage stacked up all around the dumpster area and all over the ground. There’s no way they don’t have rats. Homeless people walking around at all hours looking into cars. Homeless people living in their cars in the parking lot.

Very disappointing stay! I was very disappointed with this hotel for our trip. For what we paid I expected a lot more. Check in was fine but did find it strange that they wanted to scan my wife’s drivers license too. We’ve stayed at a number of hotels and have never had that happen before. The front desk manager was rude to start off, super unfriendly. She let us know if we would like cookware or cooking utensils to let her know and she would "WASH SOME UP". And we wouldn't be able to ask for a strainer because those get stolen. So many questions. We stayed her so that we had a kitchen to cook, of course I did not ask for dishes. Many homeless around the property. You have to ask for your mugs, plates, and silverware since the other Extended Stay has it in the room.

1st room smelled like smokers. The 2nd room was falling apart, cupboards and drawers wouldn’t close. The bed was harder than a rock. All the restaurants were boarded up. No convenience stores for several miles. It’s not like they advertise. It’s an area you don’t want to stay at. I left and went to a different hotel.

Not a convenient location if you don't have a car. Not close to Max or dining options other than Burger King.

The walls are thin. People screaming and hollering at all hours of the night. Lots of homeless in the area but security is constantly patrolling. The gal that checked me in was super nice.
