Awkward that you’re being filmed at the front desk like a criminal. Coffee area almost empty. No chairs at table to eat at. Had to ask housekeeping to get someone to check me out, even though it said, “If no one at desk, pick up phone and dial 0. I did 2 times and no one answered.

Dirty bedding upon arrival, floors not cleaned, dust built up everywhere, mold in sink and shower. Door keys had to be replaced 4 times over a 7 day stay and Never worked correctly. Hair dryer and outlet in bathroom were broke. They said breakfast included. Breakfast was a mini muffin or a bag of instant oatmeal, and coffee, nothing else. Staff was mostly nice. Asked to switch rooms and was told no. No effort was made.

This hotel is said to clean the room only once a week. So the floor of the room is a bit messy. Maybe because it's next to the hospital, there seem to be a lot of long-term guests, and overall, I don't recommend choosing this hotel for a family trip.

Upon entrance this hotel, there were people in their car blasting music, and smelled like marijuana. I moved my rental car to a well lit area of the parking lot, because my first impression of the surrounding were horrible. The check in process was fast and friendly. Once I checked into the room, I noticed my tv did not work and the screen was completely blue. Good - valie, Spacious clean room. Good bed. Easy check in, plenty of parking. Bad - “Free breakfast”an absolute afterthought and a joke. An insult really
