We called to confirm at 6 pm the day of check in that we had a room that we had booked back in December. We told the staff that we’d be there late since we worked all day and then had to drive 3 hours. When we arrived, we were told Expedia overbooked the hotel and there were no rooms available. After about 20 minutes of being told there is nothing that we can do, a kind staff member upgraded our room free of charge to the last room in the hotel that another group did not show up for. No heat on the room and front desk didn't even care

Initial check-in was unpleasant. Staff was not helpful.

The stay was very disappointing,the room was not clean, bathroom dirty,bed sheets were wrinkled, not sure if they changed them. Was very noisy from in and outside of hotel. Bathroom accessories were missing. The breakfast was a joke,twinkles and bad coffee

Clean room. Staff (only dealt with one though) was abrupt and not welcoming. Disappointing for an Extended Stay. No cups, forks/spoons, paper/pen...I asked at the desk for a fork (like the sign in the room requested) and was told they had no forks. You don't have a fork?? The desk woman didn't apologize either. Even non-residence hotels have forks. It's a small thing, but very annoying after a day of traveling and I was just hungry.
