The room was clean…it was fine. The feel of the property was off, uncomfortable, inside and outside. Wouldn’t stay at any of their properties again.

Although the check-in process was smooth, Extended Stay requires identification from every adult staying in the room.... this is unusual. The room was two doubles and was spacious with a wall to wall desk and kitchenette. However, the room smelled horribly, and there were no other rooms available. The front desk was sympathetic and was able to get us a refund. We found another hotel nearby. We won't stay here again. Perhaps your experience will be better in a different room.

Positives: staff are very nice, kitchenette in room was nice Negatives: -have to pay extra for housekeeping, includes getting new towels -the included “breakfast” is coffee and a fruit bar -bathrooms were not cleaned before we checked in, truly disgusting -smelled like fecal matter on some of the floors and in one of the elevators Will not be coming back
The TV in my room did not work. The staff came up and tried to fix it, and confirmed the TV was broken. No TV and no HDMI cable available is a real bummer.

Fire alarm in the middle of the night and overly strong smell of detergent in sheets

The rooms are only cleaned every 7 days, the treadmill was broken, there was no breakfast as advertised, and the hallways were frequently dirty.

It’s an older unit, won’t stay again. There was no room services for the 5 nights we stayed, the bathroom seat was wobbly, hair was found all over our bath tub. No hair condition or lotion avail. Breakfast was sad, coffee gains in the coffee, oat meal packets, and muffin. No warm food or fruits or yogurts. The room AC unit blew scented freshener, very overwhelming.
