Disappointing experience Check in was great, staff were good. Walked into our room and the smell was horrible (wet dog smell). There were a few ants in the room but luckily after those were taken care off there weren’t any more. Asked for more blankets and was told there are no more but after asking again, they gave me a few more blankets. If you need anything, you have to go down and get it yourself and was told “there’s no staff to cover the desk”. Wallpaper was peeling, dirty bathroom, cigarettes absolutely covering all the grounds outside and our lock was broken on the door and we had to fix it ourselves.

The room was filthy, we didn’t even want to take our shoes off. The room had an awful smell. The TV was old and needed replacing the color was blue on everything. The booking said breakfast included, they offer “grab and go” which consisted of a nutra grain bar or instant oatmeal. We will never stay at another extended stay property again.

Overall rating a two Very disappointing in the breakfast offering which was just packaged oatmeal. Not as advertised. Coffee was out by 8:00 am. No common area and no coffee pots in room.
