Worst experience ever The hotel didn’t have hot water in the shower!!! When I told that to the receptionist at 6 pm she said she would call her boss, but when I tried to take a shower again at 00:00 I had to shower with ice cold water. The manager refused to offer any compensation for the bad experience. Stay away from this hotel and from this chain.

The hotel felt more like a dorm than a hotel. They gave one tiny shampoo bottle, no conditioner and charges if you want more. You can hear loud footsteps above and next door as the floors and walls are thin. Room shakes when there are heavy truck at night. Finally, their idea of a free breakfast is just coffee/tea/ cocoa.
