Would have like to have kitchen with dishes and items to use to cook with in room and not having to request. Coffee machine, toaster etc. Better control of very young minor running halls knocking on doors and constantly on elevator without supervision. 3/4 of your washing machines not out of order. Overall good place to stay just need couple improvements to be excellent. Staff helped with any question or request ask.

Room was clean and spacious with simple functional decor and small kitchen.You have to ask front desk for shampoo and other needed toiletries and kitchen stuff.The halls/elevators were not as well cleaned regularly. It would get much better ratings if it was meticulously clean. Staff was nice.

Room condition When we check in, booked room (Quin x 2) are not available, and changed to one bed room. They refund the difference, but we waited for maybe around 30 min to process. In addition, there is a small kitten, but, no material for cooking, even cups, dishes, fork etc. They asked to use sofa bed, but no comfort etc also. If you expect them, it may not be a good idea to use.
