Poor lobby service Check in was not great. We arrived at 3pm for cbeck in. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. Called the hotel 2 times whime waiting in the lobby. No one answered my calls or came to check us in. We could here the employees talking in the next room. Finally after 20 minutes someone came and checked us in.

They could improve the shower, the water was not hot and the shower flow was horrible, it was like a needle pinching the body, it was horrible

Really nice place to stay! I have stayed here before and its always great. The staff members are all very friendly, professional and very welcoming. The rooms are big and comfy and ALWAYS very clean! Great place to stay!

It is by the san jose Airport Things are a little firther to get too. It would be nice 5o have more buying selection in the hotel. It was clean

Great for the price Stayed for one night. Convenient location from the freeway exit. The room was a good size, very neat. Had a sofa sleeper couch, which was a great bonus. The room also had a kitchenette with full size fridge. There was a grab and go breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, granola bars, packaged muffins and a pretty good cup of coffee. Just enough to get you going in the morning. Check-in was quick with friendly treatment. Plenty of on site parking at no extra fee. When in the area, I would stay again.
