Blah Check in was super fast , but it went all down hill when we came back to our room after a concert and our room door would not open ! Went down stairs and the front desk gave us new keys, went back upstairs to our room & still would not open ! Went back down stairs and told front desk and he came upstairs to our room to try and open the door & he did not know what to do ! I love the fact that if you are not a registered guest, you cannot get access to the rooms. I thought it was a great idea, I think all hotels should be the same. This could save a person's life.
