What’s wrong? First my room was dirty n nobody clean it so they gave me another room

Check in front staff never welcome me when check in. There were NO hi, welcome or smile nor thank you for staying at the hotel..Woow!!!.maybe she had a bad day, I really don't know.. But the roon were very clean and I had a pleasant stayed.

barking dogs in rooms on each side of mine.....also, I got bit up by fleas

Great custmer service. When i first went into my room i thought what a clean room. When i saw serveral cockroachs in the room. I change my mind.
